Landscape Maintenance: Formal to Natual.
Everything I Feel from you, Natural.
Golf courses: Goal before graduation. Glamour from the golf men, that is special when i child. I think when I graduated I will try work like worker on the golf. to be a part of this sport. And I start work at a resort with formal landscape add some tropical. At there I start on the way become landscape maintenance men. I excited to this work, find the way to make garden alway clean, green, no insect, no disease. I against natural, use more chemical method to cotrol disease. Aplly the knowledge from university about develop crops. Read more information about landscape, and effect from media, I see that, Chemical no good for natural, no sustainble and the methods I using no futures, need choice another method to fit with natural, go with natural. I stop method before, And start to look at natural, and learn, find on internet the natural group to learn and try the method they aplly. Long time I fogot that how I loved Golf, I hope that at other moment, I can try natural method i use on the golf courses.
Change direction: Try to become landscape manager and comeback with natural. I fail with my project, establish the landscape maintenance system perfect. Control everything follow the absolute, I look like a childlike, i do not any knowledge about management before, then fail is easy to see. I turn back with a boutique resort, When I come I see garden really messy but along time I loved that, everything really softly, easy. Garden do not follow the formal, but alway have blossom, you can get portrait at any where in that. Daily routine, Go around at morning, find worm, moth, ant, predator, find dead tree to change, check garden status (water, crop quality, view, clean, any risk for guest...), and continue daily work with team,... and then I know that, i love this style and find method to have landscape system fit with natural. I read and check knowledge i studded, connect it with experience and the new document relate to agri natural.
Learn and feel: Basic rule to have a garden, choice a garden style, review location, review function relate, make idea, choice plants list, make design, prepare necessary things for process, plant and install , maintenance. You can see, have a lot step to have a garden, each step demand priate rule to have sustainable garden. Example at the land near sea, have a strong wind, without water, we need plant the plants fit sea climate, fit with concept, fit condition of business, friendly with people, make a good design both view and friendly, sustainable, ensure that the cost for operation low later,... we need improve soil, establish the maintenance system fit, And a lot of requests follow from business operation. But i look at to nature, I think it very simple, each land have plants live at there, Choice some of them, put to plants list and nursery that plants for garden, at natural plants grow and die and another plants change, body of before plants will be mulch to help improve soil, keep water... the process again again again at a long time everything will be balance. I try make the process faster by develop plants faster and cut all and develop again. But this work must fit business condition. Daily, beside gardening I look at to nature, I see how a tree dead and another tree fill, leaf fall and become mulch, branch broken and become mulch,... the insect eat plants, predator insect eat insect, bird eat insect... everything cotrol together to balance. That is story and beauty of garden that i wanna to tell. "Not only a garden it still lesson and story".
Practice: Plant local plants, install and mix them fit to climate condition (water, wind, shadow, high, area,...), develop plants follow how to balance (root, top), balance insects, animal in garden, use the mulch, change plants better than use medicine, remove weak plants, say no to chemical, bring good insect comeback, Sharing products to nature (some organic waste to compost, seed for bird, some veggie for small animal,...), make mulch by trimming, reduce land space no plant, make garden to forest, develop fruit - veggie inside that forest.
